Mr Dilokpol Sundaravej
Mr. Sundaravej is a native Thai from a prominent and well respected family, educated in the UK and the USA, he holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and has over 20 years experience in construction of high-end projects, many in senior positions at Bovis Lend Lease and Jones Lang LaSalle.


Mr Edward Powis
Mr. Powis's construction and development experience spans over 30 years, in the USA, Europe and Asia where he has built award winning luxury resorts, shopping centres and hotels.


Mr Gene Wiley
Mr. Wiley has over 35 years experience in the real estate and banking business in the USA. He has a broad spectrum of experience in the development, acquisitions, financing and management of real estate properties. He was President of his own real estate and financing companies for the past 16 years. Mr. Wiley has a B. S Degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker.


Mr Klaus Assmann – General Manager of Jumeirah Private Island Resort
Mr Assmann is a German national who has been working for Jumeirah since August 2003 as Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Essex House in NYC and prior to that as Executive Assistant Manager F&B at Jumeirah Madinat, Jumeirah Dubai.

Mr Assmann has also held various positions at the Shangri La Hotel, Makati-Manila, Philippines; Park Hyatt Hamburg, Germany; Park Hyatt San Francisco; Nikko Hotel San Francisco; Nikko Hotel Essex House, NYC; Nikko Hotel London; Holiday Inn Crown Plaza, Hannover, Germany. He was educated in Hotel Management School in Germany and also at Cornell University in the USA.


Nathan Boonvaranun
Mr. Boonvaranun is a native of Thailand but has accumulated a wealth of experience having worked for Bovis for over 10 years, 7 years of which were on landmark developments in Australia.


Tidarat Tangjitchareon
Ms. Tidarat has significant experience in office management. Over the past 20 years she has worked for several international companies as administrative manager, and financial & accounting manager.


Theodore A Pianko, General Counsel
Mr Pianko is a US qualified lawyer who was previously a partner with the law firms of Sidley & Austin and Christie, Parker & Hale. He has 30 years of experience providing legal representation on complex matters involving a very wide range of business issues. He has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is recognised in Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in American Law.


Edward Powis Jr.
Mr. Edward Powis Junior brings worldly business experience to the TGR Group having worked in the USA and Europe in a variety of Management Positions.


Anthony Franklin
Mr Franklin is a former professional golfer who has years of high-profile marketing experience and unmatched personal contacts with major investment individuals and corporations. With an extensive background in property investment in the UK and Spain, and a natural aptitude for marketing and business, he exemplifies the spirit of TGR Group Asia.


Matt Millen
Mr. Millen is TGR Group Asia's Marketing Department and is responsible for corporate imaging. His previous corporate imaging projects include, among others, assignments for Nokia, Visa, AstraZeneca and Yapi Kredi Bank. He also has considerable experience in creating sporting brands such as the identities for the FIFA 2002 and FIFA 2006 World Cups. Other sport branding experience includes work for the ATP Tennis Masters Cup, the International Series tennis circuit and FIBA Basketball.






Anurag Ramanat
One of Thailand’s foremost experts on property law Anurag is a well respected Thai lawyer currently with Johnson Stokes & Master (Thailand) Limited. Anurag has completed many of the prominent projects for both developers and investors alike including many in Phuket.

Radub Kanjanavanit
Mr. Radub is the owner of RKV, one of Thailand's most respected structural engineering firms. Radub has completed numerous high profile projects throughout Thailand.

Mr John Dent
Mr Dent has experience in construction that dates back to 1981, and includes buying commercial buildings and refurbishing or rebuilding them to a higher standard.

The properties ranged from warehouses to commercial shops. Mr Dent also formed a company called Clarenden Homes which specialised in domestic high-end housing in southern counties of the UK.

His company subsequently became involved in the sheltered housing and specialised health care sectors through a subsidiary company called the Truecare Group. Mr Dent sold his companies to a venture capitalist in 2004.


Mr Roy Bernard
Mr. Bernard offers valuable expertise to the board having had a successful career in the UK private healthcare sector.


Mr Robert Seed
Mr. Seed’s international development experience goes back more than 30 years including residential and commercial projects in Europe and America. Specializing in the luxury residential market he has received several industry awards in the USA and UK. He will be responsible for the overall project co-ordination and review of budgets.


Mr Mel Morris
Mr. Morris has considerable experience in international property development in the USA and Europe and will be an advisor to the board on the planning and development of the project.


Mr Alec Pettigrew
Mr. Pettigrew, although educated in the UK, has spent his whole life in Hong Kong. He built up and sold Marlow International, Ltd the world’s leading supplier of promotional merchandise, in 2001. The same year he received the Hong Kong Young Entrepreneur Award (Certificate of Excellence) and was one of only seven people recognized for their achievement in the Hong Kong business community.
