State of the art food transport technology will be enlisted to ensure that hot food remains hot and cool or frozen food does not fall victim to tropical temperatures.
Special events and parties are also catered for according to your specifications by highly trained and professional staff.
The dining service extends to residence owners. As the owner returns to his island sanctuary, the fridge will be replenished, the bar fully stocked and the butler waiting to smooth the transition from the outside world.

Private Villa dining will serve the residence villas for special requests like replenishing the fridge before arrival or arranging special private events. The Private Villa and Residence dining operation is also a butler operation of the resort which means the guest can request for anything they wish to be served or need to be arranged.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Interior design will ensure that a comfortable in room dining set up is provided with adequate set up and preparation areas.
Majority of the orders will be presented on trays which will be delivered to the villas by buggies or air suspension tricycles. Simple snacks, food and drinks will be served on trays in thermo baskets.
For private events we will create special outdoor set ups or use the main dining table with full set up and stand by butler service during dinner.

Buggies are equipped with a battery operated cooling and heating system to guarantee that cold food remains cold and hot food remains hot. Buggies will have a delivery compartment which is split for cold and hot food deliveries.
Private Villa dining will also deliver morning fresh bakery items, fresh milk and cheese, charcuterie, newspapers, magazines, fruit and vegetables or any requested item which, is ordered from the market menu in the villa. Special thermo delivery containers will be used.
